By creating an account, downloading, or using the JUNO mobile application ("App") or administrator web panel (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You represent that you are at least 12 years old, or if under 18, you have consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf.
"User" means any individual who creates an account and uses the JUNO App.
"Admin" means an individual who accesses the JUNO web panel to manage or configure services.
"Content" includes all materials—text, images, video, audio, journal entries, and AI-generated output—accessed via the Platform.
"We," "Us," or "JUNO" refers to SHARKTOOTH PTY LTD.
"AI Services" means journaling prompts, summaries, or reflections generated using third-party large language models.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes on a supported iOS device.
You may not:
Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Platform.
Use JUNO for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.
Access JUNO using automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.).
Bypass any security or usage restrictions.
To access core functionality, you must register and:
Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Keep your password secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially if we believe you have violated these Terms or endangered others.
JUNO is not a medical or therapeutic service. The content and AI-generated responses provided through the Platform are for informational and self-reflective purposes only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're experiencing distress or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
The Platform may generate content using third-party large language models (e.g., GPT). These outputs:
May be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
Should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
Are not monitored in real time.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By uploading journal entries, prompts, or messages ("User Content"), you:
Warrant you own or have rights to such content.
Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use anonymized versions of this content for Platform improvement, unless otherwise prohibited by law or our Privacy Policy.
You may not use the Platform to upload or distribute:
Content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or illegal.
Personal information about others without consent.
Content that promotes self-harm or endangers others.
We reserve the right to remove or moderate content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Some features are accessible only via paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:
Payment is handled through Apple (Apple Media Services Terms apply).
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
You may manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple.
Prices are listed in AUD and may vary by region and plan.
All content provided by JUNO, including but not limited to design, trademarks, and AI mentor interactions, is owned by SHARKTOOTH PTY LTD or its licensors. You may not reuse or redistribute our content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of your journal entries and reflections.
We may release updates, patches, or new features from time to time. To continue using JUNO, you may need to install the latest version. We reserve the right to:
Change, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
Modify functionality with or without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Subject to non-excludable Australian Consumer Law rights:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content or emotional outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the greater of AUD 100 or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including emotional harm, loss of data, or loss of income.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHARKTOOTH PTY LTD and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any third-party claims arising from:
Your misuse of the Platform.
Your User Content.
Your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time:
If you breach these Terms.
If your use presents a security risk, legal liability, or infringes on the rights of others.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease, and any stored data may be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We will notify users via the App when material changes occur. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. These Terms are between you and SHARKTOOTH PTY LTD. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms against you with respect to the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign our rights or obligations at any time. You may not assign or transfer your account or rights without our consent.
